Students are required to write 2 short essays: a 5-page essay due MARCH 10
on an aspect of American Jewish history; and a 5-page essay due MAY 3
on one of the denominations of American Judaism.
There will be a final 9 am, MONDAY MAY 9
which will be weighted according to the following schedule:
Essay1 20%
Essay 2 20%
Class Participation & Extra Credit 10%
Final exam 50%
All work must be submitted and completed ON TIME and in accordance with the regulations as stated in the Student Handbook for a passing grade. There will be no exceptions, barring medical illness.
