You will notice that there is one word (ранпоряжаться) that I cannot translate. It may be that it contains one or more errors that prevent me from recognizing it or finding it in a dictionary. The English word "medusa" appears in the middle of the Russian word "для" (for). Where the decrypted text contains spelling "errors", the corrections are printed in red in the reconstructed text. Most of these are the substitution of one letter for another, but in one case a letter is omitted. The errors are itemized below:

Notice that the cleartext is almost identical to part of the text from the KGB report. The differences are, the omision of the number 1982 and the substitution of a few letters.
